IFL believes that the key to success is to develop and maintain
strategic partnerships with well established, reputable TPAs and general
agents. The intent is to develop more involved relationships with selected TPAs so that IFL can learn their systems and procedures
and deliver proposals that can most effectively assist our
partners in writing profitable risk.
IFL focuses
on personal contact, quality, efficiency and creativity in solving
client problems. Claims audits are conducted on site to better educate
and understand the client TPA operations and problems. Audits and
claim resolutions are
positive in nature to help solve problems and maintain client contact.
IFL also engages in "moral underwriting", by doing business
with those people and institutions that have demonstrated a high
degree of knowledge, integrity and ethics. IFL approaches strategic planning on an ongoing basis,
but realizes that solid and profitable growth is the result of consistently
providing professional services to its customers, agents and
insurers.
