Laura Flint,
Vice President of Finance Administration Department
Business Experience:
For nine years prior to joining IFL, Laura maintained key accounting positions
with North American Insurance Company. She has continued to elevate her
experience, managing insurance and MGU accounting and operations for more than
five years.

Background: Laura has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from

Bob Lehman,
Chief Executive Officer / Corporate Secretary Administration Department
Business Experience:
I started my professional career as a business, estate planning
and insurance attorney and shareholder of Murphy, Stopler, Brewster
& Desmond, S.C. (law firm). I also taught the General Practice
Course at the University of Wisconsin Law School and co-authored
the Wisconsin Probate System; and taught Business Law at the University
of Wisconsin School of Business. I was the Chairman and CEO of North American Insurance Company,
a Midwest based health and life carrier that specialized in group
stop loss and life for employer groups across the country. In
1998, when North American Insurance Company was acquired, the
present owners of IFL and I engineered the combination and acquisition
of North American's stop loss operations, including International
Funding, Ltd. Prior to the practice of law, I was a staff intern
with Price Waterhouse & Company

Philosophy: Most business organizations are identified by
and succeed by their long term commitment to their customers,
their employees and their business associates. The focus of our
company is to provide extra-ordinary service and professionalism,
and the highest level of integrity.

Background: Bachelors of Science and Juris Doctorate (law)
degrees from the University of Wisconsin.

member of the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin
and the American Bar Association; and a member of the Self Insurance
Institute of America and SIIA Wisconsin.
My father told me
to associate with nice, hardworking and honest people, because it
will make your life more successful and enjoyable. He also told
me to treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Daily, I try
to live and keep in mind his simple advice.

Jean Raspel,
Claims Manager Claims Department
Business Experience:
I have been the Claims Manager at IFL since its inception
and was the Supervisor of the Stop Loss area at North American
Insurance Company before IFL. I have experienced at
fully-insured health insurance companies since 1975
before coming to North American Insurance Company.
Educational
Background: I have a BA degree from University of Wisconsin
(Anthropology) with various courses after graduation. I also
have completed the HIA designation of insurance courses as well
as many insurance courses in LOMA, etc. I currently (2005) have
my State of WI license in health and life insurance.
Professional
or Personal Achievements: I have been very active in the
Central WI Claims Association, and was secretary and vice
president in the 1990's as well as chairperson of the annual
conference 2002-2004. I am currently (2005) president of the
association. |

I have worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years.
Beginning in customer service and underwriting information, then
pursuing positions in claims adjudication and audit. I have
worked as a trainer and auditor for the Wal-Mart Corporation as
well as other major insurance carriers such as Blue Cross Blue
Shield and Wisconsin Physicians Services.

Everyone is my customer from the person on the phone to my
co-workers. Every customer deserves respect, courtesy, and 100%
